the location is convenient and absolutely perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from lvr museum. btw, it's 5 minutes walking to the downtown.

Units with a fire place. Great and pleasant location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Lvr Museum. Set near Cologne, the centre and the main station, and rail station in the nice area. Overall comfortable stay on European road trip😀

Absolutely loved the room, oh wait, only cleaned every two days? What is this, a campsite? And don't even get me started on the ridiculous breakfast price-20 euros for an array of lukewarm cereals that woudl ve been better suited for a school dinner! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

It is quite a curious place, as it is a combination of an old people's home & a hotel. But it is clean, comfortable, spacious and the pool is (small but) great.

Nice room, good breakfast, walking distance to the center, good wifi.

The parking they use is the public one and it is closed during the night and on Sunday. We were not warned about that though it is written in German at the parking gate...

Here's why it's a mixed review

The room was large with a lovely garden view. Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety. Plus, the heated swimming pool was perfect!

Parking was less than ideal since the public garage across the street was confusing. There were issues with external noise that disrupted the peaceful atmosphere at night.

sauna only opens at 5.30pm

1. Location: close to Hauptbahnhof and city center. 2. Rooms: lots of space, comfortable, pleasant view from balcony. 3. Wi-fi: easy to use, worked well. 4. Staff: polite, helpful.

The breakfast was really good, with a wide variety that surpassed my expectations, and the indoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, the fact that you can borrow a yoga mat at the reception added an extra touch to my experience.

Excellent staff in Restaurant and location within city centre. Groundfloor room allow as sitting outside in the garden.

Wet room rather then standard shower/bath bathroom.

the bath room is not nice, the pillow is like some small sponge pieces inside so very unconfortable, no kettle.

The large and comfortable room provided a lovely view of the courtyard garden. The staff were attentive, and I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast with its wide variety of options.

The staff was incredible, the breakfast were excellent. The rooms were huge and very clean. At the beginning we were shock because we though we had arrive to an old people hotel, but latter own we understand that it was an environment for older people + a hotel
